Our pricing is extremely competitive, and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have a short consultation to understand the work desired, as well as, understand expectations our customers have. During the consultation, we describe in detail our process used to complete each project, this is provide and understanding for our customers, what to expect as the project progresses, After we have earned a customers business, we proceed in the manner that was agreed upon, in the time frame that was agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the owner/production manager and myself, we have a combined 45 years in the construction/painting/customer service industry. We take our customer's complete satisfaction exceptionally seriously, and strive to create a relationship that is of the highest caliber.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers, from new construction, to remodel, to repaint, as well as commercial. We embrace all paint projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of all our projects. We take each and every project in an equally serious manner. We strive to create a project that is as stress free for our customer as can be achieved. This includes working with customers on scheduling concerns, color advice/choice, low VOC concerns and any other challenges that our customers may have.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice is that a customer hire a licensed/bonded and insured contractor first, our license number is 240897. Then, understand what each contractor is offering. Not all contractors approach the same project with a similar strategy, and understanding what a contractors approach to your project will be is critical in a happy outcome for both the contractor and the customer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Short answer, none. We offer a free consultation that can help guide a customer through questions they have, and in many cases, questions they didn't know to ask.
